SUZHU provides the complete sets of flasks, pallet bogies and pattern bolster for moulding equipment according to own SUZHU designs or according to customer designs. Many moulding lines and machines, which are produced by German suppliers KW, HWS and MGM use flasks, pallet bogies and pattern bolster produced by SUZHU.

SUZHU has wide experience in production of Grey iron or Ductile iron flasks for Green sand moulding with different shape (especially hollow double-wall shape), as well as welded double-wall steel flasks for Vacuum film moulding. SUZHU produce pallet bogies and pattern bolster in casting or welding quality, with electric pattern heating system, according to the customer’s request.
